We recommend ensuring someone is available at your delivery address, as you may require a signature on delivery for your parcel.

If no one is available to sign, the delivery service may leave a collection card and redirect your parcel to your nearest collection point for pickup.

In some cases, the delivery service may determine that there is a safe place to leave your parcel and record proof of delivery accordingly.

If you provide authority for your parcel to be left without a signature, or in a safe place, EPIC 1 TWO cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or missing parcels once delivery has been completed. In these circumstances, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to order volumes, courier delays, weather events or other factors outside our control.
